Your breakfast looks delish, but honestly I'd choose oatmeal with maple syrup, toasted almonds, cranberries and a dollop of yogurt. If my kids didn't groan for variety, I'd start every day that way.
Yum. I ditto both of the above. And add to that a cup of Morning Thunder Tea (Black tea mixed with Yerba Matte) with cream and honey.

i'm with you. and actually we are having that exact meal for lunch today. i decided this morning when we were eating granola. we may have breakfast three times today. we are all sick. dinner will be oatmeal. you didn't mention your favorite breakfast beverage.....mine is english breakfast these days, since my sweet body likes it again.
Yours looks lovely! My favorite? Homemade granola with yogurt and a slice of toast with cherry-rhubarb jam from our garden. Fresh, hot coffee too!
